Short wide calf problems!

Would anybody know of some neoprene lined wellies which are suitable for short wide calf’s and wide feet, I’ve previously had the aigle parcours 2 iso bottilon boots but they seem to be discontinued. Maximum height would be 14 inches/36cm and my calf circumference is 15 inches. Any suggestions greatly appreciated
