should i be worried

My horse damaged her anular ligament on her off hind 3 years ago. She always has a degree of swelling but its usually squishy. Lately it is filling up but under a lot of pressure which I was keeping an eye on. But it has now started to feel warm. Should I be worried ? There is no lameness. Advise please

increased swelling/heat are warning signs that something is going on,have you increased or altered work routine.

She's doing more but not much. We are doing some jumping in the paddock

If it was one of mine i'd get it checked,especially as has past history.
