Should I bring turn him out?

Hi, I bought my horse in from the field last night and the area around his fetlock is swollen and hot although he isnt lame/ doesnt appear to be in any pain. I soaked the leg in cold water to help bring the swelling down and this morning it is a lot less swollen and hot. i have kpet him in but im wondering if I should turn him out? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Keep him in a while longer to see if swelling and heat disappear.
