Due to having a weanling who I am showing over winter and next year, a mare due to have her second foal in feb, looking for a new house and planning a wedding I am not going to have much time to ride my 5 year old over the winter.

I am considering advertising for some one to come and ride her a few nights a week.

Do you think this is a good idea?

Its a good idea, because it will help a lot, but only if you have the perfect rider. I dont own a horse or anything but i know that your horse must mean alot to you & if you get a rider i assume you will want someone you can trust, & that is perfect for your horses & your requirements etc, i bet perfect sharers etc are hard to find but its important you find someone suitable for you & your horse.
