Do you think i need to go XC schooling?

I now have no lorry and wanted to go to another event in which I was going to hire a lorry. However, with monies a little tight at the moment i was concerned that he would not have done any competition for 2 months all though he still is in full work, do you think i should take him horse XC schooling before my next event (Intro level) he does not have a problem XC apart for the odd nappyness, our last event was Chilham and was thinging of taking him to Pulborough.

Depends on the horse really. I would say if he is a 5 or 6 year old then yes, you probably ought to. If he is a little older and wiser, then he may be OK not to. It would probably put your mind at ease if you did go schooling though.

Hattie went XC in february at tweseldown where she pulled a muscle in her bottom and was promptly out of work until June, took her to Burnham Beeches Intro without schooling her XC and she was absolutely fine (she's a just turned 7yr old (late foal))
