LOL. Yes, I'm joosie (or a variation of that) pretty much everywhere... Very unimaginative, but my memory's awful so I need to keep things simple!
Well... I'm Jess, 24, I'm from Cornwall but I work at a riding centre in the Algarve, Portugal. Before I came here I worked in Italy for two years and caught the travel bug! We've got 20 horses and ponies of all shapes and sizes (including six cheeky Shetlands), I love riding them all but I'm definitely a pony person! I spend a lot of my time escorting hacks in the hills and also do some teaching of our Pony Club kids. I do a bit of competing, just local stuff and riding club but I hadn't done any competing before I came here last June, so I'm still very much a novice! I enjoy it but I'm much more at ease making gallop videos out hacking!!

Hello welcome to the forum.
You have an amazing job I'm so jelous. I'm a pony person to I have a 13.2hh, a 12.3hh and a 11hh. I love riding shetlands to they're so much fun.

I do a bit of showjumping, dressage, combined training, endurance and TREC. I usually jump a 15.2 mare called Surf who is way more capable than me, we do 90cm/1m classes, sometimes it goes well and sometimes it doesn't! I'm improving a lot with her though as she can be quite tricksy!
No jobs here for now but there will be a couple of work experience placements available in summer 2011
