Tonight a friend and I were out riding in a local forest. Came across a bloke sitting next to the path we were on with his trousers/pants round his ankles and doing..... well, you can imagine.

We were totally stunned..... walked on, and then eventually galloped off.

Thankful we weren't on our own we carried on, back towards the car park about 1/2 miles away. Nearing car park, started hearing strange whooping noises behind us, and thought that we were being followed. Legged it to our trailers, and managed to untack and throw horses aboard in about 7mins flat.

At the same time a young couple with 2 dogs arrived from the other direction, so we asked if they'd hang around until we left as we were bloomin' scared.

They kindly did, and we legged it.

I've only a vague description of the man.... and obviously this happened hours ago now.

Should we report this? Seeing as Police have absolutely nothing to go on??

Absolutely report it, it caused you fear and distress as it would anyone. Police would def want to be aware, esp if they then get other reports.

if you dont and then something nasty happens to someone (not suggesting it would, but you dont know) then you would be tortured by it, play it safe and let them know.

Definitely report it. Not nice for you and your friend and next time could be children who see him. Also who knows what could happen next if he's doing stuff like that in public. Please make that call.
