Should i take her to the vet or not?

My 5yr old Choc Lab has slightly enlarged teats, she is also producing a little liquid when you squeeze her teats, The thing is the little girl from up the street left the garden gate open when she was in heat and she got out, She was missing for about an hour and a half but when i eventually found her she was alone, no other dogs around!, This all happened exactly ten and a half weeks ago, She isn`t nesting and still jumping about with the JRT pup. Her last pup was a single pup and stillborn, so i am thinking this may be a phantom pregnancy.What does everyone think? and do i need to take her to the vet even if it is phantom?

The gestation period (pregnancy) for a dog is 60-67days. Any longer and they are in serious danger, so at 10.5 weeks (73days) you can be pretty sure she isn't going to have puppies or she'd be getting sick by now.
