Should my farrier be charging me vat ?

I have two barefoot trims and have noticed my farrier has become vat registered and started charging me vat ?

I'm unsure if this is for shoes - which I don't have or for his work .

If he is vat registered he should be charging you for whatever work he does.

Yup if he's over the limit and has to be vat registered you will have to pay it.
