Should of zipped my pocket up on my hack

Went for lovely 2 hour hack this morning , 3 nice canters when we found some decent ground, bit nippy though , got home freezing cold, hungry and busting for a pee , scrabbled around in my pockets for my house key but it was gone !! , dogs were going nuts wanting to be let out , no-one else got a key, hubby works away and daughter away at a friends , i did leave the bedroom window open a jar so had a brain wave , phoned local window cleaner who arrived 45 mins later , got hyperthermia by this time and cross legged , bless him he squeazed through bedroom window and let me in my front door , did'nt solve the problem of the locked kitchen door though and i had to let dogs out in shifts on leads , out front door , through 2 gates in to garden , oh and go the same way to get milk out fridge , that'll teach me to zip my coat pockets in future

Oh no. Hope nothing on keys to give idea of house location. If there is change locks asap

I did this with my phone in the summer. Never did find it and I'd only had it a month

frankly I'm just impressed you didn't give up and pee in the bushes whilst you were waiting

I lost my phone on a short before work hack but I knew more or less where as I'd managed to catch the tissue and other non-essential items that also fell out. Sis and I had to go back after putting the horses out, so that she could ring the phone and I could locate it. Even then it wasn't easy to find, hidden in long grass and gorse bushes. Fortunately it had missed the muddy puddles.

kitchen door key was on it's own, not on my other keys , and i have neighbours over- looking my garden , did'nt fancy giving them an eye full

Wow seriously the amount of times I have locked myself out and piled a load of dangerous garden chairs and tables on top of one another to get to an open window............... Why the hell didnt I think to ring a window cleaner! Bluddy genius.

I did go in garage and find the crowbar then thought there must be an easier way , then had the lightbulb moment lol
