Hermangerman .... There is no make on it but I am pretty sure its english leather . Our nearest saddlers is a good hour away so not handy to get down to get him to have a look at it to see what he thinks .

Good luck selling it - I had a nearly new Ideal WH sadddle for sale, bought for about £700 and it couldn't even sell for £300, took me nearly a year to get rid of it. Now have the same problem with a Cliff Barnsby!

FinlyAlex - really - I just paid £450 for the same sort of thing on Ebay - and when I was trying to find a 2nd hand one it was really difficult.
