Men - look away... NOW!

Where can you find a show jacket that would not be too tight around the boobs???

The thing is, for my trousers, I am actually a size 12... but my bra size is a 36E (I hate it

- I seem to have put on weight there for the last 4 years!!!).

Riding jackets seem to all be for the flat-chested, so I was thinking of getting a size 16 jacket and get it adjusted if need be??? Would that work?? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I got a Dublin show jacket that fits fine chest wise. However, I think now it is a tad loose fitting (have lost someweight since I bought it) more than anything and doesn't seem to have enough shape to it now. Am looking for something a bit smarter. Still, it's done me ok. It is tricky finding ones that actually look good when you're larger in the chest department though.

The thing i do like a about the Dublin design is it's a little bit longer so covers more of the a*se area!!

I have the same bra size as you and tried on a bunch of jackets and either they fit in the bust but were massive everywhere else, or fit in the waist and was tight in the bust! I find the Dublins just don't fit at all either in the body or lengthwise.

In the end, I found a Caldene jacket in a size 38" bust (even though my bust is 40") at my local saddlers that gives a wonderful hourglass figure!
This is the jacket:

Even though Hattie's head is in front, you can still see how it goes in at the waist but is not tight in the bust.

I don't know what model of jacket it is as my saddlers only carries factory seconds and end of lines but I find in general, Caldene jackets always give a nice hourglass shape.

I'd try on Caldenes if I were you as they seem to fit a curvier figure.

I find Alexander James to fit nicely, ditto my jacket from Mrs Candy - they are not the cheapest but are very well made and excellent quality material. I have a small waist and big boobs and hips and these ones fit me best.

Should you decide to sell them, they hold their value well.

They also do a made to measure service for not a huge amount more
