Show jump trainers East/West Sussex?

Can anyone recommend good SJ trainers for one-to-one training in Sussex?

We're jumping about 1 meter, and would like to go affiliated this spring, but need some extra guidance!

Not Sussex, but I recommend Sebastien Poirier, Cobham. He trained and prepared our Shagya stallion for his SHGB grading. He had a great affinity with my boy and I stay in touch with him, now Woody is back jumping in France.

If you can head into Surrey, I recommend Christine at Thundry Farm in Elstead, near Guildford.

Have a look on the instructors page of the BS website. That will show you all the instructors registered with BS in your area. If you are specifically looking for help to go affiliated it would be worth opting for an affiliated trainer - not that the suggestions above are not. It just broadens your horizons.

Check the British Showjumping site, they have some accredited trainers listed. Area 46 is Sussex.
