I don't know anything about the pointer pictured in this thread but am good friends with Jo and her pointers. Her Maddie is aunt to my youngest pointer Fifi! I saw that you were in Chelmsford and took a shot at it being the same!!

what breed are monty and roxy

Mixtures! The mother is collie x lab, father mastiff x lurcher (so a bit more collie, and some greyhound!). Monty is the more mastiff build, whereas Roxy is lighter and EXTREMELY agile! They both "talk" like a mastiff.
