Show name help needed! (For coloured horse)

Hi everyone!

So I have asked this question before (last year I think) but unfortunately, we weren't able to get out and do much then due to one thing and another. So I never actually chose a name for my mare..(she did have a name when we first started showing a few years ago, but none of the commentators could pronounce it so swiftly went off that one!!)

So here's the options so far:

Hillview Irish Mist (because she's Irish!)
Spangle's Monopoly (just because I think it goes!)
Balin Prior Spangle (Balin Prior is an Irish place!)
Spangle's Split Decision (Tenuous link to her markings!!).

I don't want anything too 'twee' as we will be doing county level....after something sort of 'dignified'!!

I like Hillview Irish Mist.
What about 'Spangles of Sunlight', 'Star Spangled Banner' - might be some copyright issues with that one! or (being really clever) 'Papilio Protenor' which is a butterfly called The Spangle belonging to the Swallowtail family (good old Google!) - you might have pronunciation issues with that one though! x

Well....... my fav Hillview Irish Mist is joint favourite with Spangle's Split Decision.....going to see my mate (AlwaysBroke on here) on Friday so going to see which she prefers between the two!!!

Just got to sort that then actually get my arse to the show and we'll be sorted!!!

Which show? One of my mates had got a gorgeous coloured cob, she couldn't choose a name for him, Left me to sort the competition stuff and signed him as autum prince and now thats his official name

OMG....I must be the world's worst decision maker!!!!!! .....bugger!

bettyboo...well I'm hoping to do Ockbrook this sunday....but the real biggie is Moorgreen in August to do the chaps classes.......that one would be a real boost for me....was meant to do Derby County but horsie tied up just before entries closed and I really wasn't sure if she'd be ready so didn't enter

Trouble with moorgreen is I'd have to find transport........
