Can you clever folks get your thinking caps on and try and help us with a show name for our horse (had him 1 month now). His stable name has developed into Bill. He is having his 2nd jabs today which gives us a 6 month window to send his passport back for change of ownership and to regerster his name.

He was 5 on Saturday and is 3/4 ID. His sire is Carrickrock Close Shave (RID), His Dam is Easy Frenwood (ISH). He was bred in Ireland in a place called Rathpeak.

Personality wise he is fairly laid back but very inquisitive and up for mischief - saddler thinks he will fill out and grow up a fair bit still.

Here is a link with a piccy of him when we went to try him - He is looking better already!

best we have come up with so far are

Rathpeak Storm Trooper (Daughter is star-wars fan)
Ace of Spades (also likes heavy metal - and last cob was The Iron Maiden)

The geek in me loves Storm Trooper

Desperately trying to think of something Irish. As he is Irish born and bred and has now emigrated to the UK you could call him Irish Rover (introduce your daughter to The Pogues, she'd love them and their version of this song). I also like the sound of your forum name, Magic Millbrook, or Millbrook Magic. And sticking to the metal theme, Velvet Revolver...

We were trying to think along Irish lines but not fall into the guiness, paddy, caffreys trap - as there are already so may of them out there.

Magic Millbrook is my old mares name, she is by Millbrook, a show jumper, out of an unknown cob mare. We often wonder what her name was.
