Show nerves

Hi there, On the 5TH of June me and my chunky bum have got our 1st ridden cob show and my nerves are really bad. I think its because iv put so much work in iv really put all my heart and soul in to my boys work and have got amazing results wich make it so worth it any way , we have competed before in show jumping but my nerves are really bad, would love to hear from people that also suffer with nerves or that do show cob classes too x

Get some Rescue Remedy for yourself! I've never used it for me but i have for horses and it does work. A lot of people swear by it to calmthemselves down.

I have heard it's good too, rescue remady that is, I was talking to someone today who swears by it. I'm buying it when I go shopping tomorrow, you get it in the supermarkets. I also give my horse magic calmer (in the tube) , not to calm him down but to help him focus by taking the edge of his nerves. Great stuff that is, it makes me calmer if I know he is going to pay attention to me.
