I adore Lurchers and all pointy-nosed,lanky,athletic sighthound types! I got my first Lurchy back in September at 11 weeks:

Named him Tobermory as he looked like a womble! And he's now almost a year old. He's 1/2 Saluki,1/4 Wheaten Terrier,1/8 Greyhound and 1/8 whippet. He's such a brilliant companion, loves the outdoors and is very affectionate and cuddly.I couldn't have asked for a nicer dog! And he was only £50 Here he is more grown up...Naturally hairy:

Wow, your dogs are both beautiful!! Wish I could work out how to post pics on my mobile...I love Lurchers! My little lad is 10 months old 3/4 greyhound 1/4 border collie. He's faster than me and he's smarter than me, nightmare!! Haha.
