show pics from kent county

Hey, i took my boy + girl 2 kent county show last week, we had a great time + both horses managed 2 behave themselves. until the fatal moment when willow bucked + only missed the judges head by a couple of inches

that scuppered our chances a little!! lol

Willow (the chesnut) got 5th in the 2 year old hunters. i didnt expect her to do 2 well in that 1 as she is too lightm just wanted her to get some experience + then did the 2 year old sport horse class, she wasnt placed, (i think the judge was offended by her nearly kicking her in the head!! lol) but i think she could have got 5th again out of 20 if we hadnt had that incident! + dillon (the bay) was pulled in middle of the line in the hunters but then put down a couple because he didnt go very well for the judge, but i was pleased as he is 17 years old now + i only took him as he loves it so much + he was competing against 5 year olds! i do love kent show, its one of the best in the season!

bless him, i do have 2 admit he looks pretty good 4 his age, but judges do decriminate him for being older, they dont like it
