My friend has a lovely Fresian x Welsh Cob. He is black with a big white blaze, no other white him so does look very Fresiany!!. So cos he is part bred the feathers are off, and he is plaited up. Went to a show today and the judge told her that he should be shown in his natural state as he is a Mountain and Moorland. Now I always thought part breds are plaited and pure breds show natural. Which is correct? It is only local riding club level. Horse is nearly 2 years old.
