well, interesting day!! took the sec D to a show for his 1st ridden class!! we warmed up ever so well he took it all in his stride, just a couple of baby spooks, he was fine with all the other ponies cantering past him in the warm up, the class was running late so when we got in the ring he was a bit flat, i walked and trotted in the go round and found he was mentally and physically tired, so i pulled him in gave him a big pat and left the ring, i really didn't see any point in pushing him further in this heat.....
but i'm really really pleased with him, and as proud as punch that i have got him to this stage myself!!! o.k so it's taken some time due to hold ups with weather and other things, but he was great today, long may it continue!!
