Can somebody please explain competition shirts to me?!
(this may seem like a really stupid question but I’m stumped ?).
I know what a tie shirt is, and what a stock shirt is (I’m looking to purchase something for some Unaff dressage).
But what about just “competition shirts” like the below?

Would you wear this on its own? Or with a stock?
(a lot of the competition shirts I’m seeing don’t have a loop at the back for a stock, which makes me think no… but I’m not actually sure?)

I would wear this with a stock for dressage and without a stock for unaffiliated show jumping! I often wear show shirts without stocks for unaffiliated and find it still looks smart

Fab thank you! That sounds exactly what I’m looking for!
Does the stock stay put fine without any loop/buttons at the back?
I haven’t worn one before! (Only ties!)

The one I use has a loop in the back but saying that I have used it before without the loop at the back and it stayed in place fine! I also bought one with a stock collar on it last year which looks smart and means I don't have to bother with a stock!

Thank you! That’s really helpful.
I think I’ll get a comp one then and then I can use it with or without depending on what I’m doing!
