I am looking for a long sleeved show shirt (not traditional shirt collar) and am struggling to find what I want. All the ones I can find on line only seem to come in white/cream and I would like either stripes/checks in pink or blue.

Any ideas where I might find one?
 
Do you mean stock collar ie not one you'd wear a tie with?

Yes should have said a stock collar. Looked at your link and all look to have collars.

I have some nice short sleeved shirts but hate the feel of my jacket lining against my skin. If is is hot and you warm up in short sleeves and get rather warm then it is difficult to put the jacket on or alternatively I have to bake warming up in my jacket!

You could ring Sharon, the lady at Top to toe and see if she has any bright ideas? I'm sure she might have an idea, it may be worth a shot

I bought a shirt (I just went upstairs and had a look) from the tack shop at the College, Keysoe. Its by "equenoc" I just googled it and it didn't come up, sadly.

Its a stretchy t shirt material, right through the body and arms, with a firm cotton american collar, detachable american round collar and a small stock in same colour, with firm cotton cuffs, but the main body is all stretchy. It's LOVELY to wear.

Just thought I'd share that with you all!! TRA LAA

I've bought a show shirt from them before and it really is lovely. I bought short sleeved (t shirt material) dont know about long sleeved but have a look!

(Plus they sponsor my friends boyfriend so I may be a bit biast!!)
 
Ive got a really nice blue checked one by Schumacker (sp!), got it off ebay for a total bargain. Looks good for BSJA as the checked bit shows. For comfort - I love my Toggi Xtreme stock shirt (although shows white under a show jacket) - stretchy material so so comfy.

Actually I've just looked and they're not displaying any show shirts on their website but they definately do do them.

Try emailing or ringing for more info.
 
The Dover Saddlery ones look lovely, bet a standard white collar would fit them. Had spotted the saddlecraft ones on ebay but are all short sleeved

Will seriously consider a Dover one unless I can find one in the UK to avoid import duty and delays etc.
 
There's others on the Dover website as well - have a look. Some have white collars I think. They are really nice shirts though. Think I might buy one soon, don't care if the collars not white - they rarely complain at BSJA anyway!
