One that doesn't require ironing! After that, I just go for something lightweight in a neutral colour.

I used to wear Teque-Style sleeveless with the button down collar however they were bought out by Premier Equine & they now only make short on long sleeved ones.
They're a light pique fabric with a cotton collar and placket, I have never once ironed one. You can sometimes come across them on EBay, Teque Style did yellow, pink, blue and white.
