show ties?

doing a working hunter class soon, and i know you can wear red or blue ties but do they have to be plain or can they have patterns on them like spots or stars?

As long as nothing too crazy they can be patterned, I have a red tie with cream spots, a blue tie with darker blue spots and a green tie with snaffles on it, I use all of them for workers.

I pinch one of OH work ties, all of his have patterns, nothing mad or too jazzy though! My fave is a dark blue one with little bay horses all over!
