Ellie riding Flydon Caredig aka Daz. Most suitable childs pony (1st) Championship (1st) & Ridden mountain & moorland small breeds (1st)
Sarah leading Orions Joli Fleur aka Spottie pony - Coloured inhand (5th) and 2/3 year old inhand (6th)
It was Spottie's first ever show and she was extremely excited when she got off the lorry but settled after a little while and behaved impecably. She had ponies cantering up beside her and behind her and one of her showing classes was next to the jumping arena! Perfect manners in and outside the ring & couldn't fault her - even when her buddy went off to do his own classes.
Had several BIG bursts of rain and we even had to retreat under the ice cream vans gazebo at one point. To say we got soaked would be an understatement
About to post pics in picture gallery as there are a few! So pleased with both horses and rider
Also will add, we're off to buy Daz's 5 year old brother tomorrow so fingers crossed he follows in Daz's footsteps! Brilliant start to the weekend. Hope everyone else's is going just as good!
