Show us your hairy to hogged pics!

I can give you the opposite! Wig arrived hogged. I liked the look but hated not having a chunk of mane to grab when I need to. He’s not hairy hairy but has a decent mane now which I keep fairly short.

We're not helping you at all are we OP? I can also offer you hogged to hairy photos but it's not what you want 😆

I do think a nice clipped hogged cob looks good though. If you want to hog I would crack on. You only need to please you! What the rest of us think really doesn't matter.

I do like a smartly hogged horse, so if you want to, crack on. As Widgeon said, you only need to please yourself :)

It's very practical too in hot weather & if in a lot of work - I speak as someone who had to do 15 long plaits earlier this week to keep my native cooler, so I'd be all for hogging 🤣

I need to amend this as it was 19 long plaits. NINETEEN! Someone pass me the clippers ...

When I first got him. Not gonna lie I miss this look but he was insanely itchy, stampy and had sores. in winter the hair is intolerable mudlocks and he would rub his mane off. We are both happier without the fluff.
