need to get them all washed, normally send them away for washing and re proofing but going to do them myself. Whats the best product to buy to reproof and how do i do it?

I stick my stables rugs in the washing machine with whatever your normal detergent is. Turnout rugs I always send away to be cleaned coz (a) they need to be re-proofed and (b) can't usually cram them in the washing machine, which is already 1,000 years old!

But in reality this is not the best time of year to be doing it. You really need a couple of warm dry days so you can wash & dry the rug & then apply the proofer. To be honest I'd send them off to be done as I don't think you'll save much anyway.
Many of the Turnout rugs are far too big & heavy for a domestic washing machine anyway.
