Showing this Welsh Sec A on Sunday for someone, I have an appaloosa so no experience of showing M&M's. Going to local R club. Should I do anything with if it's mane and if so what?

The mane looks quite fine which is good. I would shorten it until covers approx 2/3 of the neck, do this carefully so it doesn't look blatantly pulled and not 'straight' or 'banged' if you get what I mean. Should still look natural.

Put one pait behind the ear, just band it but don't 'fold' it to make a conventional plait, leave it hanging. Good luck and enjoy!
