Hi All,

Need some advice & confidence :o

I would really really love to show my cob, but i am nervous about the whole thing. He has been shown before by his previous owner.

I would be showing just for fun, nothing in it re qualifying for things just something i would like to try but, I'm worried that everyone would look at me and think what an idiot if i do something wrong or they'll know I'm not experienced in showing :(

Also, What would i be expected to do? and to wear? and what would he be expected to wear? and to do?

To come home with a rosette would just be the best feeling in the world for me but I'm just so nervous of the whole thing. :(

At local level you will find everyone very friendly.

Your turnout will be tweed jacket and dark pants if cob has white legs. Flat cap. Or you can wear cream/beige/canary jods and ling boots with tweed and riding hat.

All inhand classes. Have the same format. You walk round together then will be stopped and one by one trot out to the back of the group.
You'll then line up and one by one be called out to the judge. You'll need to stand your horse up. the judge will ask you to walk away then trot back.
