Hello
I have a 13.2 trad cob who i want to start showing county level
I want to overstamp with chaps as there is a qualifier coloured pony native/trad class right down the road in july
but
also wanting to over stamp with TGCA to try and do the search for a star hoys trad cob
Can i overstamp with 2 societies? I’m really confused and need help
I’ve just had his jmb height certificate done and i’m myself registered with both chaps and tgca now i’m just really confused on how to do it for him?

You can overstamp with as many societies as you want. I think my lad has about 6 in his.

Who is his passport with?

If you want to overstamp with TGCA you have to send them pics of the horse where they decide if they meet the criteria for part bred registration (can only be registered as pure bred if they have recorded breeding which is ironic for a cob 😅).

Oh that’s annoying as he’s a proper stamp of a trad cob but has no breeding! 😂

You can get into purebred based on type :) Not sure if that’s geldings only but mine was accepted as ‘pure’ gypsy cob. In the end I didn’t overstamp as I’m just too busy to get use out of it!
