Hi
I was considering doing a bit of in hand showing (my girl is broken so I cant do ridden classes) but I dont know if there are any classes she can do.

Shire x TB, 17 years (so I know I can do veteran). Is there a class she fits into? Or should we just go to novelty shows with prettiest mare and the like?

Inhand hunter if they have one, Best Condition - sometimes you get a competition/sports horse class.

I wouldn't do the novelty classes personally, I think they're for the younger kids

I have a shire x tb too looks a bit bigger than yours but shes got just the same legs! She is 21 and has done well in in hand hunter and veteran. I can't canter her anymore so it keeps her entertained! I agree with erin novelties are for younger children really and usually have a height restricion anyway
