My young lad impressed me on Saturday. It was sunny and rugs were off, plus the in-laws had been up and stuffed him full of carrots! Anyway he did three laps of the field at full out gallop and jumped a tyre jump at full throttle. Wish I had got a picture, he stretched his leggie out in front of him and dropped his neck, he looked like the hurdler he was bred to be. His grandaddy is Northern Dancer, but I don't know if I intended to buy a really fast horse -oops. I bought him becasue he is sooo sweet. I put clippers on him the other day -just to see- and he didn't bat an eyelid, TB youngster indeed!
