Hi,
Can someone help me please

We're entering Kiyo and her foal into the IDHS show in August. In the rules it says:
All entries must be in the Irish Horse Register. The IHR number and the RID number (where relevant) must be given.

Then it says:
All passports (except foals) must be available for inspection.

My question is - does the foal need to have a IHR number. I'm still waiting on the papers to come from the IHR to have him registered!! I have a IHR and RID number for Kiyo, but not the foal! Does that mean I can't enter? The closing date is Tuesday 17th July,

Can you not enter 'registration applied for' on the entry form fot the foals entry? Otherwise I would contact the Society and ask what is expected in these circumstances.
