My friend wanted to know some answers to these questions, so if you dont mind, can you please answer them

1. what would i need to do to prepare my horse before a show?

2. I have tried doing quarter marks with a body brush , it works for the sharks teeth but not for the lines, any suggestions on how i should do the lines?

For quarter marking ....A small plastic nit comb

Practised a few times over the past couple of days with different combs etc but the best is probably the nit comb

Preparing your horse is pretty simple but obviously time consuming ....Obviously a bath for starters .... I would normally bath the day before a show and plenty of grooming the morning of the show .... I always bath with a taste of dettol brings out the shine, Obviously shine comes from within ie your feed . I also wash with teatree shampoo, then rug to keep said horse clean and for instance if you are plaiting the night before then I would a lycra hood which keeps the plaits in and also keeps head and neck clean .

Brush brush brush !! Not forgetting to make sure tack is also cleaned within an inch of its life .

I could go on and tell you about the tail and hoofs etc but I am sure you know the score
