With the tweed you’ve picked I’d wear a pale blue shirt and a light blue tie to match the overcheck. With a tie pin of course.
I can’t tell some of the colours on the photo but ideally (traditionally) you want a navy velvet hat, although lots of people wear navy kasks now, hair neat and tidy in a bun with hairnet, brown or tan gloves, never black! A brown leather show cane or a lovely vintage malacca cane. The garter top boots like you say are the “correct” boots for showing. I’d also choose a more substantial bridle for the pony with slightly wider cheek pieces and noseband to balance that lovely head a little more. And as a fellow owner of a grey a couple of dozen litres of blue shampoo!
