Hi Everyone

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a yard where you can have show jumping lessons on a decent show jumping schoolmaster? I currently don't have a horse due to work, Time and money :(:(:(:(:(:( But I ride weekly at a riding school and I am looking to do a bit more riding. Where I currently ride they focus a lot on dressage and on the rare occasion we do do jumping our instructor has to keep it relatively small :(:( I think the actual Stable owner is not that keen on jumping as well as some of the others in the lesson. :( While I appreciate that ground work is important and is the key to Jumping I would really like the chance to advance in my jumping and also the chance to jump a decent height. I have done a bit of googling but couldn't really find anything. Someone Did mention that Sebastian Poirier offered Lessons on one of his horses but there doesn't to be any info on his website? Maybe I got the wrong person. But if anyone could recommend anywhere I would be really grateful? I am based in Essex but I would would be happy to travel quite far for a place that could offer the above. It seems that there are a lot of places that offer Dressage lessons on Dressage Schoolmasters (Oldencraig, Tallands, Devoncote, Contessa ect) but there doesn't seem to be any offering the same for showjumping? :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Also this is my first ever post so sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place. i wasn't sure whether to post it here or Education and Careers. Sorry if i got the wrong place or have done something wrong :(:( lol

Thanks :):):):):)

I found it quite hard to find anywhere when I was looking to have a few lessons on a horse to jump 1m + I must admit. I ended up asking a friend and she kindly allowed me to have a few lessons on her horse. Poss trying a few local sj competitiors? Many won't want to lend you a horse to train with someone else but might teach you on their own horses?
