Just driven up the yard after work and there was someone trotting along the 60 mph national speed limit road with not one single bit of high via on and it was scary how much they blended in :o said person then turned off down a country lane and was even harder to spot under the trees esp as quite cloudy today.
They were on chestnut horse and wearing dark clothing.
I know its people's own choice to wear high via and they may have been only on the 60mph road for short way but I wear high vis anytime I hack.
I think it should be made compulsory and also for cyclists as they can be even harder to spot.

I go out like the one on the left & it's been commented that I can be spotted from 2 miles away :)
Have also been called a tit on a Christmas tree but I would rather be alive and look like that than have a dead horse
