Ted went to Shropshire and West Midlands County Show today to compete in the Ladies' Hunter HOYS qualifier.
Due to one reason and another, we arrived very late at the show ring this morning. We got there and the judge was already riding Ted - so we scanned the line-up and realized he was being ridden from the top of the line-up.
He gave the judge a great ride, and (even though we are very biased) thought he was looking super in the sunshine. Anyroadup, the rest of the exhibits were ridden and were sent out for the final go around. The judges quickly made their decision and Ted was pulled in top and got his early ticket for HOYS - as you can imagine, we are both as pleased as punch.
No worries about our ticket now, we can relax and enjoy the rest of the season, although it is only 3 weeks to RIHS where he is 2 doing classes!
DD and DC are grinning this afternoon
