Iread the article about those poor horses being mutilated and killed.I really wish I hadnt, I went into some sort of shock , I couldnt move from the computer Ifelt as though my guts had been ripped out, sick ill.I have had trouble sleeping and the thought of It is the first thing on my mind when I wake up. they say there is a God, never in a million years, a mercifull God would never let this evil happen to defenceless creatures. these people should be ripped apart limb from limb, they are not fit to walk the face of the earth, they have to live with what they have done and I hope It kills them.

I know how you feel - I sometimes wish i didn't read the stories as I end up thinking about it in too much detail, about how the animal must have been terrified and suffered and died in agony. It just makes me think of my own animals and how on earth I'd cope if anything like that ever happened to them. I just fear those responsible will not be caught as the authorities just don't treat these the same as a human murder. I actually think these are worse in some ways and also could lead to the same act being carried out on a human as what 'human' does these horrific things - there is something wrong with them. This is a pre-planned attack on a horse they had no doubt already picked out.

God I hope they are caught and I hope the punishment will fit the crime.

I said exactly the same to a friend and she said - God gave everyone free will, to do what they want etc. I think thats where he went wrong!!!

The person/people that perporated this wicked dead are clearly cruel and/or mentally disturbed and I hope that they are quickly apprehended and prosecuted and that the judges sentence/inturn them for an extremely long period of time . They are a danger to us all and need to be taken off the streets before they can do any more wicked deeds.

I must say the images stayed with me for a while after I read the article. I cannot imagine how the poor owners must have felt finding their beloved friends like that. I'm not sure I would ever get over it. My husband is a behavioural analyst specialising in violent crime (analysing it, not committing it!) and he pointed out that the people who do these horrific acts are often working themselves up to doing similar things to people. Grim, grim, grim. Lets hope the authorities are doing all they can to catch and convict before anything else happens.

I always try not to click onto those threads, but then when they run and run and the reply count grows I always end up looking and really wish I hadn't. Words cannot convey what I think of those pieces of scum who do that to animals. I wish the police used as much resource to catch them as they would a murder of a human being. Because these are the type of people who progress onto killing and torturing children. They should be PTS.

OMG, thats awful. Just as disturbing as commiting horrible acts to animals.
