Side effects of sedation swollen eye

[Rough and tumble]

One of the horses was sedated today for routine dental ,

A couple of hours later horse was bright and alert but eye not
Fully openeing

Checked again and still the same

Waiting on call from vets

Could he have banged his eye while dopey?
