side saddle lessons

Has anyone know anywhere/anyone who does side saddle lessons in either the South East or Gloucestershire.

I've always fancied trying it but don't know where to start?

Also how hard is it?? It looks difficult but Ive heard you actually feel safer than astride. Is that true??

look on the side saddle association website, I think there is a full list of teachers and the areas thy cover, if not contact the secretary (contact info is on the site) and im sure she will be more than helpful!!!
