Sigh - More Money For Hippo!

Well, I just checked my calendar. Alas, it is that time of year...vaccinations and this season's wormer are due soon!

Naturally, they are due the same week Hippo needs her hooves trimmed...

Coincidentally, this is also when the livery bill comes in...

Oh, and I need to buy feed; Hippo gets a tiny amount for putting her balancer in...

Which reminds me - I must also buy more balancer...

So that comes to around £300...plus the vaccinations and wormer.

I really wanted to get my hair done...ah well. I have fetlock scissors and a mirror. I shall make do. It's worth it after all. Hippo loves me. What's that Hippo? Stop hanging out on Horse & Hound and buy you more carrots? Of course Hippo! At once Hippo! I live but to serve!

Oh yes, everything seems to happen within the same month doesn't it? I've got the saddler next week for my Hippo.

Couldn't agree more. Had new shoes man for 3 yesterday, saddler and back man for 2 next week followed by dentist as they are coming back into work. So all proceeds from my birthday fund this weekend will be going to the beasties! They better had prove they are worth it
