Im a bit cross, there is this girl that uses my school, no charge, i asked her last year to pick up droppings behind her. She used it last weekend, i walked across it and didnt pick up droppings behind her, i had to do it. I was v cross, there is a skip in the school to use. Now do i say something to her yet again, you should respect peoples property and also put a sign on the school gate or is that over reacting. And what wording on the school gate should i put. Thanks.

Does she use it on a regular basis and just forgot to pick the droppings up once, or does she often leave her horse's droppings in ghe school? I think it affects the way you tackle it, as doing it once could be an oversight whilst regularly leaving the droppings shows a lack of respect for your property.

A sign like Weezy suggests would be a good idea. If droppings are being left regularly, then have a firm word with her and say that she will not be able to continue using the school if she doesn't pick up afterwards. If it is a one-off, then just mention it nicely, just reminding her to double-check before she leaves the school whether there are droppings in there.

Operate a fines system, and make the fine a fiver! If she dont pay the fine, she dont get to use the school, simple as that. She'll soon stop! where else is she going to get free use of school!

Would veer clear of the signs as you know her well enough to tackle it verbally and also shes getting a great deal from you so you need have no worry about expecting her to toe the line

Also explain to her what damage the droppings do to the surface.

Please remove your horse's dropping if you would like to use the school again! Joking aside if it's just her I would have a quiet word and tell her that if she doesn't remove them you will have to charge her for using school in future.
