How do you make your signature pictures smaller????

Do you have windows on your computer? If you do, this works:
Go into your pictures and find the photo you want
Double click on your selected image
That brings you to the picture manager.
Right click on your image and click on 'edit picture'
You then get to the editing bar
Click resize
Click on 'Email Small' on the resizing tab
And Voila, your picture is small and ready to upload to tinypic/photobucket etc
