Silvermoor Haylage

I've just been to my local feed merchant who has just got a batch of this in...I had been using small bale haylage and quality has been so variable that I now use Marksway Horseage. Feed merchant was pushing the new brand...I,ve just got back and googled it and it seems to be a tad richer in protein and higher in sugar content than Marksway so probably not so good for laminitic types but slightly cheaper. Has anyone here moved onto it and what is your opinion? Thanks!

I've been feeding the recreation type to my laminitic for a few weeks with no issues; quality has been excellent so far and I'm pleased with the product. They were very helpful when I e-mailed them for advice too.

I've had mine on it for over three years and they love it. They even leave their feed for it. Little one neighs when she sees me coming with haynet.
