Thinking of trying my boy on these whilst he is on limited grazing

He has early onset of cushings so are they suitable? can i feed them alongside a haynet?

What are peoples opinions on Simple Systems?

I feed these to my laminitic old lady. Before I bought them I checked with Simple Systems and they confirmed that they were suitable for use.

You can feed them along with your usual hay - I just pop Connies in a bucket and she chooses which one she wants to eat and when. But not all horses like them - my big horse will have an unenthusiastic chew and then leave it.

They are worth trying as they are great, low calorie boredom breakers.

If you have any concerns about whether they are suitable for your boy, email Simple Systems direct. I found them very friendly and helpful and they answered all my questions quickly.

They are fine for laminitics, just make sure you buy the Lucie brix though and not the meadow Brix.
I use them all the time and they love them.

Both my horses are on simple systems and they look great. The help desk is good with helping you chose the right combinations.

I don't use their lucie bricks but I do use haleys grass bricks. Exactly the same idea but a lot cheaper. I think they do alfalfa bricks as well. I use them on days when they don't get out as long as usual as boredom breakers.

check he likes them first! I bought a load and then found out my horse wouldn't touch them. he'd just play with them till they broke apart and then ignore them.
