Hello, Four weeks ago my horse was diagnosed with sinusitis. After seven days on powder antibiotics it cleared up however only two days later it was back. I read somewhere that a horse with the same thing healed up by using global herbs airways plus. I decided to give it a go and cannot believe it but it has taken away Rileys running nose. He is also on top form. I am planning on also using muco free by global herbs to ensure that the mucous production is normalised but i was wondering if any of you have experienced sinusitis with your horses and if you have used any herbal treatments. I really don't want to have to go through with the operation that the vet has mentioned and for the time being the vet is happy with rileys progress on the herbs
