Sitting Trot - need to SERIOUSLY rethink the sports bra - help!

Reading wistfully as another member of the 'braless sitting trot' clique.
My friend wears 2 bras, but not sure what kind and in what order...I'm just going to drown my sorrows now :p

I use my BP as a highly effective sports bra. But for occasions when I don't wear it (dressage tests/showing) then I use my normal underwired one with a sports bra over the top. Nothing moves! (And I'm a G).

This. Seriously works. It worked when I was HH, either this or two normal bras and swimming costume.

I am about EE now the underwired bra beneath sports bra is definitely the way to go :)

A word of advice: do not repeat do NOT ever buy any M&S "sports bra" with detachable straps, you know, the ones which have a little hook and you can detach them and use the bra as either a halter neck or cross-over the straps behind.

I was doing a nice forward canter on a local common (where the military also train sometimes) and "ping" felt something had been released. The damn thing bobbed around like a ferret trying to get out of a sack for the rest of the ride.

It was impossible nay needed an act of contortion to get the blessed hooky thing back again, so gave up on that. The only way to have sorted it was to find somewhere quiet and take off my top AND strip right back, and put the flippin thing on again, but bearing in mind the military were on maneouvres all around........ decided against that option :)

Flippin stooopid useless bra!

So just a warning OP.

The elastic gave way on mine whilst out on a hack, so I took it off and hung it on a roadsign! :redface3: :biggrin3:
