Size of pony / horse

Hi guys first time poster. I am looking for advice on what size of an animal to buy.
I keep cattle and in the past have looked after donkeys and hybrids.
I intend to buy a cob mare. I live beside the ocean and would potentially ride it on the nearby beach and around my farm, nothing too strenuous, definitely at a leisurely pace.
I am 11 stone, what size cob might suit?
